Il prezzo della scheda \u00e8 rimasto invariato e continua a essere di 35 dollari USA. <\/p>\n<p>Il SoC include ancora quattro core ARMv8 a 64 bit e funziona a una frequenza leggermente aumentata (1.5GHz invece di 1.4GHz). Inoltre, il cambiamento del processo tecnologico ha consentito di sostituire il Cortex-A53 con un core pi\u00f9 performante, il Cortex-A72, portando le prestazioni a un nuovo livello. \u00c8 stata anche effettuata la transizione all'utilizzo di memoria LPDDR4, che offre un triplice aumento della larghezza di banda rispetto alla memoria LPDDR2 utilizzata in precedenza. Di conseguenza, nei test delle prestazioni, la nuova scheda supera il precedente modello Raspberry Pi 3B+ di 2-4 volte.<\/p>\n<p>Tra le altre caratteristiche significative, spiccano l'inclusione di un controller PCI Express, due porte USB 3.0 (oltre a due porte USB 2.0) e due porte Micro HDMI (in precedenza era presente una porta HDMI di dimensioni standard), che consentono di collegare due monitor con qualit\u00e0 4K. \u00c8 stato notevolmente aggiornato il processore grafico VideoCore VI, che supporta OpenGL ES 3.0 ed \u00e8 in grado di decodificare video H.265 con qualit\u00e0 4Kp60 (oppure 4Kp30 su due monitor). L'alimentazione pu\u00f2 essere fornita tramite una porta USB-C (in precedenza si usava USB micro-B), tramite GPIO o tramite un <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.raspberrypi.org\/products\/poe-hat\/\">modulo<\/a><\/noindex> PoE HAT (Power over Ethernet).<\/p>\n<p>Inoltre, \u00e8 stata risolta una lunga questione riguardante la quantit\u00e0 insufficiente di memoria RAM \u2014 la scheda \u00e8 ora disponibile in versioni con 1, 2 e 4 GB di RAM (rispettivamente $35, $45 e $55), rendendo la nuova scheda una soluzione adatta per creare workstation, piattaforme di gioco, server, gateway per la casa intelligente, unit\u00e0 di controllo per robot e moderni sistemi multimediali. <\/p>\n<p>Un controller Ethernet gigabit avanzato ora collegato al SoC tramite un bus RGMII dedicato, consentendo di raggiungere le prestazioni pubblicizzate. La USB \u00e8 ora implementata tramite un controller VLI separato, collegato tramite PCI Express e che offre una larghezza di banda totale di 4Gbps. Come prima, la scheda \u00e8 dotata di 40 porte GPIO, DSI (collegamento del touchscreen), CSI (collegamento della fotocamera) e un chip di comunicazione wireless che supporta lo standard 802.11ac, operando sulle frequenze 2.4GHz e 5GHz e con Bluetooth 5.0.<\/p>\n<p><center><noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.raspberrypi.org\/homepage-9df4b\/static\/pi4-labelled@2x-0894491e6de97a282dde5a5010cc8b61.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Presentata la scheda Raspberry Pi 4\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/ffe00b4f21b5e5605e1b87918d666dff.png\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><\/a><\/noindex><\/center><\/p>\n<p>Contestualmente \u00e8 stata pubblicata una nuova versione della distribuzione <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.raspberrypi.org\/downloads\/raspbian\/\">Raspbian<\/a><\/noindex>, che offre un supporto completo per Raspberry Pi 4. Il rilascio si distingue anche per la transizione alla base del pacchetto Debian 10 \u00abBuster\u00bb (precedentemente era utilizzato Debian 9), una significativa revisione dell'interfaccia utente e l'implementazione del nuovo driver Mesa V3D con supporto 3D notevolmente migliorato (incluso l'uso di OpenGL per accelerare il browser). Sono stati preparati due pacchetti per il download \u2014 una versione ridotta (<noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/downloads.raspberrypi.org\/raspbian_lite_latest\">406 MB<\/a><\/noindex>) per sistemi server e una completa (<noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/downloads.raspberrypi.org\/raspbian_latest\">1.1 GB<\/a><\/noindex>), fornita con l'ambiente desktop <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.opennet.ru\/opennews\/art.shtml?num=45238\">PIXEL<\/a><\/noindex> (una derivazione di LXDE).
