GitHub ha pubblicato<\/a><\/noindex> una nuova edizione delle norme che definiscono la politica riguardante il rispetto della legislazione degli Stati Uniti in materia di regolamentazione delle esportazioni. Le norme regolano<\/a><\/noindex> le restrizioni relative ai repository privati e agli account aziendali delle aziende che operano in territori soggetti a sanzioni (Crimea, Iran, Cuba, Siria, Sudan, Corea del Nord), ma finora non sono state applicate agli sviluppatori individuali di progetti non commerciali. <\/p>\n

La nuova edizione delle norme contiene<\/a><\/noindex> \u00e8 una spiegazione che indica la possibilit\u00e0 di limitare l'accesso ai servizi pubblici per gli utenti individuali che si trovano in territori soggetti a sanzioni. A questi utenti si richiede di utilizzare la piattaforma solo per comunicazioni personali. Oltre alla modifica delle norme, GitHub ha anche iniziato a limitare concretamente l'accesso ai propri servizi per gli utenti non commerciali provenienti dai paesi soggetti a sanzioni. <\/p>\n

Ad esempio,
