La societ\u00e0 Google ha pubblicato sotto licenza open source una libreria privacy differenziale<\/a> sulla pagina GitHub dell'azienda. Il codice \u00e8 distribuito sotto la licenza Apache License 2.0.<\/p>\n

Gli sviluppatori potranno utilizzare questa libreria per costruire un sistema di raccolta dati senza raccogliere informazioni che potrebbero identificare personalmente un individuo.<\/p>\n

«Indipendentemente dal fatto che tu sia un pianificatore urbano, un proprietario di piccole imprese o uno sviluppatore software, l'estrazione di informazioni utili pu\u00f2 aiutare a migliorare i servizi e ottenere risposte a domande importanti, ma senza una protezione adeguata della privacy rischi di perdere la fiducia dei tuoi cittadini, clienti e utenti. L'analisi dei dati differenzialmente privata \u00e8 un approccio fondamentale che consente alle organizzazioni di estrarre dati utili garantendo al contempo che questi risultati non possano identificare le informazioni personali di alcun singolo individuo» – scrive Miguel Guevara, product manager nel dipartimento di privacy e protezione dei dati dell'azienda.<\/p>\n

L'azienda ha anche comunicato che la libreria include una libreria aggiuntiva per i test (per ottenere una corretta privacy differenziale), oltre a un'estensione PostgreSQL e vari ricettari per aiutare gli sviluppatori a iniziare.<\/p>\n
