Dopo oltre un anno di sviluppo \u00e8 stato preparato<\/a><\/noindex> il rilascio della distribuzione LXLE 18.04.3<\/a><\/noindex>, progettato per l'uso su sistemi obsoleti. La distribuzione LXLE si basa sui lavori di Ubuntu MinimalCD<\/a><\/noindex> e cerca di fornire una soluzione il pi\u00f9 leggera possibile, combinando il supporto per l'hardware obsoleto con un'interfaccia utente moderna. La necessit\u00e0 di creare un ramo separato \u00e8 dovuta al desiderio di includere driver aggiuntivi per vecchi sistemi e una ristrutturazione dell'interfaccia utente. La dimensione delle immagini di avvio \u00e8 immagini iso<\/a><\/noindex> 1,3 GB (x86_64, i386).<\/p>\n

Per la navigazione su Internet, la distribuzione offre un insieme di applicazioni web SeaMonkey con estensioni Lightning<\/a><\/noindex>, Stylish<\/a><\/noindex>, Bluhell firewall<\/a><\/noindex> e FireFTP<\/a><\/noindex>. Il contenuto della nuova versione \u00e8 sincronizzato con la base pacchetti della branch LTS di Ubuntu 18.04.3 (questo \u00e8 il primo rilascio basato su Ubuntu 18.04). \u00c8 stato fatto un lavoro per ridurre le dimensioni del pacchetto, GIMP \u00e8 stato sostituito da Pinta,
