{"id":38253,"date":"2019-10-31T22:22:35","date_gmt":"2019-10-31T19:22:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/prohoster.info\/blog\/monitoring-postgres-vnutri-openshift\/"},"modified":"2019-10-31T22:22:35","modified_gmt":"2019-10-31T19:22:35","slug":"monitoring-postgres-vnutri-openshift","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prohoster.info\/it\/blog\/administrirovanie\/monitoring-postgres-vnutri-openshift","title":{"rendered":"Monitoraggio di postgres all'interno di Openshift","gt_translate_keys":[{"key":"rendered","format":"text"}]},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Buongiorno a tutti voi del Habr!<\/p>\n<p>Oggi voglio raccontarvi di come ci siamo impegnati a monitorare PostgreSQL e un paio di altre entit\u00e0 all'interno del cluster OpenShift e come ci siamo riusciti.<\/p>\n<p>Abbiamo iniziato con:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OpenShift<\/li>\n<li>Helm<\/li>\n<li>Prometheus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n<noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" name=\"habracut\"><\/a><\/noindex><br \/>\nPer lavorare con l'applicazione Java, tutto era piuttosto semplice e trasparente, per essere pi\u00f9 precisi:<\/p>\n<p>1) Aggiunta a build.gradle <\/p>\n<pre><code class=\"plaintext\"> implementation \"io.micrometer:micrometer-registry-prometheus\"<\/code><\/pre>\n<p>\n2) Avvio di Prometheus con la configurazione <\/p>\n<pre><code class=\"xml\"> - job_name: 'job-name'\n    metrics_path: \"\/actuator\/prometheus\"\n    scrape_interval: 5s\n    kubernetes_sd_configs:\n    - role: pod\n      namespaces:\n        names:\n          - 'name'<\/code><\/pre>\n<p>\n3) Aggiunta della visualizzazione in Grafana <\/p>\n<p>Tutto era piuttosto semplice e banale fino al momento in cui \u00e8 arrivato il momento di monitorare i database che si trovano nel nostro spazio dei nomi (s\u00ec, \u00e8 sbagliato, nessuno lo fa, ma a volte succede).<\/p>\n<h3>Come funziona? <\/h3>\n<p>\nIn aggiunta al pod con PostgreSQL e al Prometheus, abbiamo bisogno di un'altra entit\u00e0: l'exporter.<\/p>\n<p>Un exporter, in termini generali, \u00e8 un agente che raccoglie metriche dall'applicazione o addirittura <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/prohoster.info\/it\/server\/dts-los-angeles\/\"   title=\"server\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"3521\">server<\/a>. L'exporter per PostgreSQL \u00e8 scritto in Go e funziona sul principio di eseguire script SQL sul database, e poi i risultati ottenuti vengono prelevati da Prometheus.
