Si \u00e8 svolto<\/a><\/noindex> rilascio del sistema di caching della memoria volatile Memcached 1.5.18<\/a><\/noindex>, che gestisce i dati in formato chiave\/valore e si distingue per la sua facilit\u00e0 d'uso. Memcached \u00e8 comunemente utilizzato come soluzione leggera per migliorare le prestazioni di siti web ad alto traffico mediante il caching dell'accesso ai database e ai dati intermedi. Nella nuova versione aggiunta<\/a><\/noindex> supporto per il salvataggio dello stato della cache tra i riavvii. Memcached ora pu\u00f2 scaricare un dump della cache su un file prima dell'uscita (\u00e8 necessario che il file si trovi su un'unit\u00e0 di RAM) e durante il successivo avvio caricarlo, escludendo i picchi di carico sui gestori di contenuto a causa della cache non riempita (la cache diventa subito «calda»).
