Tra le altre modifiche dell'interfaccia si possono notare nuova interfaccia<\/a><\/noindex> about:config, la cui attivazione \u00e8 predefinita \u00e8 previsto<\/a><\/noindex> per il rilascio di Firefox 71 previsto per il 3 dicembre. La nuova implementazione di about:config \u00e8 una pagina web di servizio che si apre all'interno del browser,
\nscritta in HTML, CSS e JavaScript. Gli elementi della pagina possono essere selezionati liberamente con il mouse (inclusa la selezione di pi\u00f9 righe contemporaneamente) e copiati negli appunti senza utilizzare il menu contestuale. Dopo l'apertura di about:config per impostazione predefinita, gli elementi non sono visualizzati e si vede solo la barra di ricerca; per visualizzare l'intero elenco \u00e8 necessario premere il pulsante

\u00c8 stata aggiunta la possibilit\u00e0 di ordinare l'output in base al tipo, nome e stato. La barra di ricerca superiore \u00e8 rimasta e ampliata con la possibilit\u00e0 di aggiungere nuove variabili. Inoltre, \u00e8 stata implementata la ricerca tramite il meccanismo standard, che viene utilizzato anche per la ricerca su pagine normali, con un controllo passo-passo delle corrispondenze.<\/p>\n

Per ogni impostazione \u00e8 stata aggiunta un pulsante che consente di invertire le variabili con valori booleani (true\/false) o di modificare le variabili stringa e numeriche. Per i valori modificati dall'utente \u00e8 anche presente un pulsante per ripristinare le modifiche al valore predefinito.<\/p>\n

In conclusione, si pu\u00f2 menzionare rilascio<\/a><\/noindex> lo strumento sviluppato da Mozilla web-ext<\/a><\/noindex>, progettato per eseguire, compilare, testare e firmare estensioni WebExtensions dalla riga di comando. Nella nuova versione \u00e8 stata implementata la possibilit\u00e0 di eseguire estensioni non solo in Firefox, ma anche in Chrome e in altri browser basati su Chromium, semplificando lo sviluppo di estensioni cross-browser.<\/p>\n
