Il motore di ricerca Google \u00e8 uno dei pi\u00f9 popolari e ampiamente utilizzati per trovare informazioni e rispondere a vari interrogativi. Utilizzato in tutto il mondo, consente agli utenti di cercare rapidamente i dati necessari. Proprio per questo, il team di sviluppo di Google lavora continuamente per migliorare il proprio motore di ricerca.<\/p>\n

Attualmente, ogni ricerca \u00e8 interpretata dal motore di Google come una combinazione di parole, per le quali vengono recuperati risultati pertinenti. Con richieste colloquiali e complesse, il sistema si comporta peggio, e la comprensione del linguaggio rimane un problema attuale da lungo tempo.<\/p>\n

Nel prossimo futuro, l'azienda intende implementare un nuovo algoritmo per l'elaborazione delle richieste in linguaggio naturale, basato sulla rete neurale BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers), presentata lo scorso anno. L'algoritmo \u00e8 in grado di analizzare la richiesta nella sua interezza, senza suddividerla in parole, tenendo conto di preposizioni e congiunzioni. Questo approccio consentir\u00e0 di ottenere il contesto completo della richiesta, trovando risposte pi\u00f9 appropriate.<\/p>\n

Gli sviluppatori di Google affermano che la creazione dell'algoritmo basato sulla rete neurale BERT \u00e8 «la conquista pi\u00f9 importante degli ultimi 5 anni e uno degli eventi pi\u00f9 significativi nella storia del motore di ricerca». Attualmente, il nuovo algoritmo viene utilizzato per elaborare una parte delle query nel motore di ricerca Google, eseguite in inglese. In futuro, l'algoritmo sar\u00e0 esteso a tutte le lingue supportate, ma \u00e8 difficile dire quando ci\u00f2 avverr\u00e0. <\/p>\n
