Secondo quanto riportato da fonti online, \u00e8 stato trovato un bug nel sistema operativo mobile Android 9 (Pie) che porta alla cancellazione dei file utente durante il tentativo di spostarli dalla cartella «Download» in un'altra posizione. Si segnala inoltre che la rinomina della cartella «Download» pu\u00f2 portare alla cancellazione dei file dalla memoria del dispositivo.<\/p>\n

La fonte afferma che questo problema si verifica sui dispositivi con Android 9 ed \u00e8 legato alla funzione cleanOrphans. L'utente che ha riscontrato il problema stava cercando di spostare le immagini scaricate dalla cartella «Download» in un'altra posizione. I file venivano copiati con successo fino a quando il dispositivo non entrava in modalit\u00e0 Doze, introdotta in Android Marshmallow e che di fatto \u00e8 una modalit\u00e0 di risparmio energetico. Dopo che lo smartphone \u00e8 passato in modalit\u00e0 Doze, i file copiati dall'utente sono stati semplicemente eliminati.<\/p>\n

Un utente ha segnalato il problema agli sviluppatori attraverso il servizio Google Issue Tracker, ma finora non \u00e8 stata proposta alcuna soluzione. Vale la pena notare che negli ultimi due anni si sono gi\u00e0 registrate informazioni su problemi simili in rete, tuttavia \u00e8 evidente che il bug che porta alla cancellazione dei file durante il loro processo di copia dalla cartella «Download» continua a essere attuale.<\/p>\n

Fino a quando il bug non sar\u00e0 risolto dagli sviluppatori, si consiglia agli utenti di prestare maggiore attenzione al processo di copia dei file dalla cartella «Download», poich\u00e9 in determinate circostanze potrebbero andare persi file importanti.<\/p>\n
