La prima versione della serie Mesa 19.3.0 ha uno stato sperimentale \u2014 dopo la stabilizzazione finale del codice verr\u00e0 rilasciata la versione stabile 19.3.1. In Mesa 19.3 <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/mesamatrix.net\/\">\u00e8 stata realizzata<\/a><\/noindex> c'\u00e8 il pieno supporto per OpenGL 4.6 per GPU Intel (driver i965, iris), supporto di OpenGL 4.5 per GPU AMD (r600, radeonsi) e NVIDIA (nvc0), oltre al supporto Vulkan 1.1 per schede Intel e AMD. Ieri sono state apportate modifiche per supportare OpenGL 4.6 anche <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/gitlab.freedesktop.org\/mesa\/mesa\/commit\/75ce078a0aff7fa0f4d6467bea787327da3a4b69\">sono stati aggiunti<\/a><\/noindex> nel driver radeonsi, ma non sono state incluse nella branch Mesa 19.3.<\/p>\n<p><noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.phoronix.com\/scan.php?page=article&#038;item=mesa-193-features\">Tra<\/a><\/noindex> <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/cgit.freedesktop.org\/mesa\/mesa\/plain\/docs\/relnotes\/19.3.0.html\">le modifiche<\/a><\/noindex>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Per RADV (driver Vulkan per chip AMD) \u00e8 stato proposto un nuovo backend per la compilazione degli shader \u00ab<noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.opennet.ru\/opennews\/art.shtml?num=51026\">ACO<\/a><\/noindex>\u00bb, sviluppato da Valve come alternativa al compilatore di shader LLVM. Il backend \u00e8 progettato per fornire una generazione del codice il pi\u00f9 ottimale possibile per gli shader delle applicazioni di gioco, oltre a raggiungere una velocit\u00e0 di compilazione molto elevata. ACO \u00e8 scritto in C++, sviluppato con l'intenzione di essere utilizzato per la compilazione JIT e utilizza strutture dati ottimizzate per la ricerca, evitando strutture basate su puntatori. La rappresentazione intermedia del codice si basa completamente su SSA (Static Single Assignment) e consente la distribuzione dei registri, calcolando con precisione il registro in base allo shader. ACO pu\u00f2 essere attivato per GPU Vega 8, Vega 9, Vega 10 e Navi 10 impostando la variabile d'ambiente \u00abRADV_PERFTEST=aco\u00bb;\n<li class=\"l\"> Il codice sorgente include il driver Gallium3D <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.opennet.ru\/opennews\/art.shtml?num=49538\">Zink<\/a><\/noindex>, che implementa l'API OpenGL sopra Vulkan. Zink consente di ottenere OpenGL accelerato dall'hardware in presenza di driver di sistema limitati al supporto solo dell'API Vulkan;\n<li class=\"l\"> Nel driver Vulkan ANV e nel driver OpenGL iris \u00e8 stata implementata una prima supporto per la 12\u00aa generazione di chip Intel (Tiger Lake, gen12). I componenti per supportare Tiger Lake sono inclusi nel kernel Linux a partire dalla versione 5.4;\n<li class=\"l\"> Nei driver i965 e iris \u00e8 supportata la rappresentazione intermedia dei shader SPIR-V, il che ha permesso di ottenere un supporto completo in questi driver;  <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.opennet.ru\/opennews\/art.shtml?num=46952\">OpenGL 4.6<\/a><\/noindex>;\n<li class=\"l\"> Nel driver RadeonSI \u00e8 stata aggiunta la supporto per la GPU AMD Navi 14 e sono stati migliorati i mezzi per accelerare la decodifica video, come l'aggiunta del supporto per la decodifica di video con risoluzione 8K nei formati H.265 e VP9;\n<li class=\"l\"> Nel driver Vulkan RADV \u00e8 stata aggiunta la supporto per la modalit\u00e0 <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/gitlab.freedesktop.org\/mesa\/mesa\/merge_requests\/1520\/commits\">compilazione sicura<\/a><\/noindex>, in cui i thread eseguiti per la compilazione degli shader sono isolati tramite il meccanismo seccomp. La modalit\u00e0 \u00e8 attivata tramite la variabile di ambiente RADV_SECURE_COMPILE_THREADS;\n<li class=\"l\"> Nei driver per chip AMD \u00e8 stato utilizzato l'interfaccia software <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/gitlab.freedesktop.org\/mesa\/mesa\/commit\/f9fe86e02adaeddae5ce2241b0c539be6dc0b0ef\">per il ripristino del GPU;<\/a><\/noindex> \u00c8 stato effettuato un lavoro per migliorare le prestazioni sui sistemi con APU AMD Radeon. Inoltre, sono state migliorate le prestazioni del driver Gallium3D Iris per GPU Intel;\n<li class=\"l\"> \u00c8 stato effettuato un lavoro per migliorare le prestazioni sui sistemi con APU AMD Radeon.
