Disponibile<\/a><\/noindex> la prima beta del sistema operativo Trident, portato da FreeBSD e TrueOS su una base pacchettizzata di Void Linux. Nella build si utilizza ZFS sulla partizione principale, c'\u00e8 la possibilit\u00e0 di ripristinare l'ambiente di avvio tramite istantanee ZFS, \u00e8 fornito un installer semplificato, \u00e8 possibile lavorare su sistemi con EFI e BIOS, \u00e8 possibile la crittografia della partizione di swap, sono disponibili pacchetti per le librerie standard glibc e musl, per ogni utente viene creato un dataset ZFS separato per la home directory (\u00e8 possibile manipolare le istantanee della home directory senza ottenere i diritti di root), \u00e8 garantita la crittografia dei dati nelle directory degli utenti.<\/p>\n

Ricordiamo che nel mese di ottobre il progetto Trident ha annunciato<\/a><\/noindex> sulla migrazione del progetto da FreeBSD e TrueOS a Linux.
