Con altri componenti, in confezione TeraPHY comunica tramite 24 canali AIB &mdash;&nbsp;la massima capacit\u00e0 di trasferimento \u00e8 di 960 Gt\/s (giga trasferimenti al secondo). La conversione elettronico-ottica \u00e8 affidata a particolari onde guida con un sistema di risonatori ad anello. Ce ne sono 10 nel chiplet, la capacit\u00e0 totale raggiunge 2,56 Tbit\/s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><center><\/center><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Ayar Labs ha presentato il chiplet ottico-transceiver TeraPHY\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/3e404a3249d5a29c526c532755fbd29d.jpg\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Come fonte esterna di emissione viene utilizzato un laser SuperNova di sviluppo proprietario. Ayar Labs ha annunciato i suoi piani gi\u00e0 durante SC19, e il suo programma di fornitura di campioni ai partner inizier\u00e0 gi\u00e0 all'inizio del primo trimestre di
