Il trasferimento in una societ\u00e0 separata aumenter\u00e0 la flessibilit\u00e0 dei processi, ad esempio permettendo assunzioni autonome, una reazione pi\u00f9 rapida e la realizzazione di idee che sarebbero state impossibili all'interno della Mozilla Foundation.
