\u00c8 disponibile<\/a><\/noindex> rilascio del pacchetto Rakudo Star 2020.01<\/a><\/noindex>, inclusa il compilatore Rakudo<\/a><\/noindex>, macchina virtuale MoarVM<\/a><\/noindex>, documentazione, moduli e strumenti necessari per lo sviluppo in linguaggio Raku (il nuovo nome del linguaggio Perl 6 dopo la rinominazione<\/a><\/noindex>). Il compilatore \u00e8 conforme alla specifica Raku v6.d, ad eccezione del supporto per macro avanzate, input\/output non bloccante e alcune piccole caratteristiche che si prevede saranno portate a uno stato funzionante nelle future versioni. Per l'esecuzione del bytecode viene proposta MoarVM<\/a><\/noindex>, che supera tutti i test (il backend alternativo basato su JVM attualmente non possiede tutte le funzionalit\u00e0 necessarie). <\/p>\n

Nella nuova versione \u00e8 stato aggiunto un nuovo file eseguibile raku, che ha sostituito perl6, e sono state aggiunte nuove opzioni in cui il nome perl \u00e8 stato sostituito con raku. Sono state apportate grandi ottimizzazioni delle prestazioni nelle operazioni di manipolazione delle stringhe (ad esempio, Str.chomp \u00e8 diventato fino a 100 volte pi\u00f9 veloce, Str.substr da 1.5 a 3 volte, e Str.trim* da 1.5 a 90 volte). Implementato<\/a><\/noindex> molte nuove funzionalit\u00e0 del linguaggio, sviluppate nella specifica Raku v6.e.<\/p>\n

Invece di Readline per la modifica interattiva delle righe, \u00e8 proposto il modulo Linenoise<\/a><\/noindex>. \u00c8 stata temporaneamente interrotta la supporto per le build binarie per Windows e macOS.<\/p>\n
