La frequenza di base di questo processore \u00e8 di 2,0 GHz, mentre la massima frequenza Turbo raggiunger\u00e0 un notevole 4,4 GHz per un processore di questo tipo. Il numero maggiore di core e la maggiore frequenza hanno comportato un consumo energetico pi\u00f9 elevato per il Core i7-10700T \u2014 123 W.
