Disponibile<\/a><\/noindex> nuovo rilascio significativo della libreria Pixman 0.40<\/a><\/noindex>, progettata per eseguire operazioni di manipolazione delle aree dei pixel in modo efficiente, ad esempio per l'allineamento delle immagini e vari tipi di trasformazioni. La libreria viene utilizzata per il rendering grafico a basso livello in molti progetti open source, tra cui X.Org, Cairo, Firefox e Wayland\/Weston. In Wayland\/Weston, sono organizzati i backend per il rendering software basato su Pixman. Il codice \u00e8 scritto in C ed distribuito<\/a><\/noindex> sotto licenza MIT. <\/p>\n

\u00e8 stata aggiunta la supporto di base per dithering<\/a><\/noindex> in modalit\u00e0 «wide», \u00e8 stato aggiunto un filtro di dithering ordinato con rumore blu e file dimostrativi con esempi di utilizzo del dithering.
