Disponibile<\/a><\/noindex> nuova versione del pacchetto Ultimaker Cura 4.6<\/a><\/noindex>, fornendo un'interfaccia grafica per la preparazione di modelli per la stampa 3D (slicing). Sulla base del modello, il programma determina lo scenario di funzionamento della stampante 3D durante l'applicazione sequenziale di ciascun strato. Nel caso pi\u00f9 semplice, \u00e8 sufficiente importare il modello in uno dei formati supportati (STL, OBJ, X3D, 3MF, BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG), selezionare le impostazioni di velocit\u00e0, materiale e qualit\u00e0 e inviare il compito di stampa. Sono disponibili plugin per l'integrazione con SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Autodesk Inventor e altri CAD. Per tradurre il modello 3D in un insieme di istruzioni per la stampante 3D viene utilizzato un motore CuraEngine<\/a><\/noindex>. Il codice del progetto \u00e8 scritto in linguaggio Python e distribuito<\/a><\/noindex> sotto licenza LGPLv3. L'interfaccia grafica \u00e8 costruita utilizzando il framework Uranium<\/a><\/noindex>, che utilizza Qt 5.<\/p>\n

In nuovo rilascio<\/a><\/noindex> sono stati proposti nuovi profili standard che automatizzano la configurazione tenendo conto dell'utilizzo di materiali come policarbonato, nylon, CPE (poliestere) e CPE+. Nell'interfaccia \u00e8 fornita la visualizzazione degli script attivi per la post-elaborazione. \u00c8 stata aggiunta un'impostazione per l'espansione di tutti i fori mediante l'aggiunta di uno spostamento su ciascun strato, che consente di aumentare o diminuire manualmente i fori per compensare l'espansione orizzontale.
