L'aggiornamento cumulativo KB4557957 per Windows 10, rilasciato la scorsa settimana, ha portato agli utenti non solo correzioni e miglioramenti della stabilit\u00e0 del sistema, ma anche problemi. Alcuni giorni fa \u00e8 emerso reso noto<\/a><\/noindex> che a causa dell'aggiornamento alcune applicazioni del pacchetto Microsoft Office potrebbero non avviarsi pi\u00f9, e ora vengono segnalati problemi con la stampa dei documenti.<\/p>\n

Negli ultimi giorni, sui forum di Microsoft sono emerse numerose lamentele da parte di utenti che hanno installato l'aggiornamento cumulativo KB4557957 e hanno riscontrato vari problemi nel tentativo di stampare un documento. I problemi di stampa coinvolgono stampanti di diversi produttori e in alcuni casi gli utenti non riescono nemmeno a effettuare una 'stampa' in formato PDF.<\/p>\n

Sebbene non ci sia una conferma ufficiale del problema, gli utenti segnalano che i documenti inviati alla stampa possono scomparire dalla coda, e le stampanti stesse possono scomparire dall'elenco dei dispositivi disponibili. In alcuni casi, gli utenti hanno riportato chiusure improvvise dell'applicazione da cui cercavano di stampare documenti.<\/p>\n

Sembra che gli sviluppatori di Microsoft stiano esaminando le recensioni degli utenti per comprendere le cause dei problemi con le stampanti, poich\u00e9 non sono state ancora fornite raccomandazioni ufficiali in merito. Gli utenti stessi consigliano di scaricare e installare il driver PCL6 per la stampante.
