NumPy \u00e8 una delle librerie pi\u00f9 richieste per i calcoli scientifici. Il codice del progetto \u00e8 scritto in Python con ottimizzazioni in C e distribuito<\/a><\/noindex> con licenza BSD.<\/p>\n

Con NumPy 1.19 \u00e8 stata interrotta la supporto per Python 3.5 e rimosso il codice per il supporto di Python 2 (il modulo numpy.compat \u00e8 comunque mantenuto). Le versioni supportate dichiarate sono Python 3.6, 3.7 e 3.8. \u00c8 continuato lo sviluppo del modulo numpy.random<\/a><\/noindex> per il lavoro con campioni casuali. Migliorata la compatibilit\u00e0 con i pacchetti wheel di NumPy sull'architettura Aarch64 e con l'implementazione di Python PyPy<\/a><\/noindex>. Ampliate<\/a><\/noindex> le funzionalit\u00e0 numpy.frompyfunc, np.str_, numpy.copy, numpy.linalg.multi_dot, numpy.count_nonzero e numpy.array_equal.
