\u00c8 disponibile<\/a><\/noindex> uscita della distribuzione Nitrux 1.3.2<\/a><\/noindex>, basata su un'infrastruttura di pacchetti Ubuntu e tecnologie KDE. La distribuzione sviluppa il proprio ambiente desktop NX Desktop<\/a><\/noindex>, che funge da sovrastruttura per l'ambiente utente KDE Plasma. Per l'installazione di applicazioni aggiuntive viene proposta un sistema di pacchetti autonomi AppImages e il proprio centro di installazione applicazioni NX Software Center. La dimensione dell'immagine di avvio<\/a><\/noindex> \u00e8 di 3,2 GB. I progressi del progetto sono distribuiti<\/a><\/noindex> sono sotto licenze libere.<\/p>\n

L'ambiente desktop NX Desktop offre una diversa veste grafica, una propria implementazione del vassoio di sistema, un centro di avviso e vari plasmoidi, come il configuratore delle connessioni di rete e un applet multimediale per la regolazione del volume e il controllo della riproduzione dei contenuti multimediali. Tra le applicazioni sviluppate dal progetto emerge anche l'interfaccia per la configurazione del firewall NX Firewall, che consente di gestire l'accesso di rete a livello di singole applicazioni.
\nTra le applicazioni incluse nella fornitura di base: il gestore file Index
\n(\u00e8 possibile utilizzare anche Dolphin), l'editor di testo Kate, il compressore Ark, l'emulatore di terminale Konsole, il browser Chromium, il lettore musicale VVave, il lettore video VLC, il pacchetto per ufficio LibreOffice e il visualizzatore di immagini Pix.<\/p>\n
