In questo articolo voglio raccontare del mio progetto DIY di un piccolo sensore multi-sensore wireless, e questo sar\u00e0 il mio piccolo contributo a questa sottocultura. <\/p>\n<p>La storia di questo progetto \u00e8 iniziata con il corpo, pu\u00f2 sembrare strano, ma \u00e8 proprio cos\u00ec che \u00e8 iniziato. Il corpo \u00e8 stato acquistato su AliExpress, e devo sottolineare che la qualit\u00e0 della fusione della plastica di questo corpo \u00e8 ottima. Dopo una breve corrispondenza con il venditore, \u00e8 stata inviata una bozza via email e cos\u00ec ha avuto inizio questo progetto. <\/p>\n<p><noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/habr.com\/ru\/company\/ruvds\/blog\/522502\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Capteur micro DIY sans fil multicapteur\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/9b6b62d843c63e34553975e13d2509ab.jpg\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><\/a><\/noindex><br \/>\n<noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" name=\"habracut\"><\/a><\/noindex><br \/>\nLa bozza stessa era molto poco dimensionata e met\u00e0 delle misurazioni per i confini, i ritagli e i fori tecnologici della futura scheda a circuito stampato sono dovuti essere effettuati con il calibro. Una volta ottenute tutte le dimensioni interne del corpo, \u00e8 diventato chiaro che il chip radio doveva essere 'distribuito' direttamente sulla scheda a circuito stampato, poich\u00e9 l\u2019altezza dall\u2019alto della scheda a circuito stampato fino alla superficie interna del corpo era di 1,8 mm, mentre l\u2019altezza minima di un modulo radio medio \u00e8 solitamente di 2 mm (senza schermo). <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Capteur micro DIY sans fil multicapteur\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/5d99a45e65da8fa8c85528a8dd24b345.jpg\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Capteur micro DIY sans fil multicapteur\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/069853a61e6a838cce6260b9914a6122.jpg\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Capteur micro DIY sans fil multicapteur\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/025cfe0b8177cdd70e54a6c20a2b18ed.jpg\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><br \/>\nPer il sensore \u00e8 stato scelto il SoC nRF52 in un involucro QFN48. In questo involucro, nella serie nRF52, Nordic offre tre varianti: nRF52810, nRF52811 (nuovo), nRF52832. Specifiche dei chip: 64 MHz Cortex-M4, trasmettitore 2.4 GHz, 512\/256 KB di Flash, 64\/32 KB di RAM per nRF52832 e 192 KB di Flash, 24 KB di RAM per nRF52810, nRF52811. I chip sono multi-protocollo, supportano Bluetooth Low Energy, Bluetooth mesh, ESB, ANT, mentre nRF52811 supporta anche Zigbee, Thread e Bluetooth Direction Finding. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Capteur micro DIY sans fil multicapteur\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/ee4d6c70b71e4d00662e8cbd9b796ccd.jpg\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><br \/>\nHo deciso di rendere il sensore un multisensore, in modo da poterlo utilizzare per diverse applicazioni. Per questo motivo, la disposizione del chip doveva essere il pi\u00f9 compatta possibile, tenendo presente che le dimensioni minime dei componenti non potevano essere inferiori a 0603, affinch\u00e9 il dispositivo potesse essere saldato manualmente. Una volta che il chip \u00e8 stato posizionato sulla scheda, mi sono dedicato alla selezione dei sensori. Il principale criterio di selezione \u00e8 stato le dimensioni dell'involucro del sensore e la possibilit\u00e0 di saldare il sensore a casa con un equipaggiamento minimo (saldatore e phon). <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Capteur micro DIY sans fil multicapteur\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/86381a429aefac4b1d580279a5b982f8.jpg\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><br \/>\nPer il sensore sono stati scelti i seguenti sensori: SHT20, SHt21, Si7020, Si7021, HTU21D (sensore di temperatura e umidit\u00e0), tutti questi sensori hanno la stessa forma e connettori identici. L'HDC2080 (sensore di temperatura e umidit\u00e0) ha un involucro simile a quelli gi\u00e0 menzionati, ma possiede un'uscita di interruzione aggiuntiva e un'efficienza energetica superiore. Il BME280 (sensore di temperatura, umidit\u00e0 e pressione), LMT01 (sensore di temperatura), TMP117 (sensore di temperatura ad alta precisione), offre alta efficienza energetica, uscita di interruzione, e la possibilit\u00e0 di impostare limiti di temperatura superiori e inferiori. Infine, il LIS2DW12 (accelerometro) ha un'elevata efficienza energetica ed \u00e8 uno dei migliori nel suo segmento, oppure il LIS2DH12. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Capteur micro DIY sans fil multicapteur\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/753695ee94119fc8bcba02cf24868b87.jpg\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Capteur micro DIY sans fil multicapteur\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/1f4fdccc7deda66870616449f2ca58ae.jpg\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><br \/>\nNella prima versione del sensore era presente un contatto reed nel elenco, ma nelle revisioni successive \u00e8 stato rimosso poich\u00e9 il sensore a contatto reed di 1,6 cm con corpo in vetro non aveva spazio sufficiente, e ho rotto un paio di questi sensori installando la scheda finita nel case. Inoltre, a causa della forma quadrata del case e della sua bassa altezza, l'apparecchio non si adattava bene come sensore magnetico di apertura e chiusura. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Capteur micro DIY sans fil multicapteur\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/1e93836f30e8811e7a8a852acc0788cf.jpg\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><br \/>\nOltre ai sensori, sul dispositivo sono presenti 2 LED, uno dei quali \u00e8 RGB e si trova sulla parte inferiore del sensore. Ci sono due pulsanti SMD: uno \u00e8 collegato al reset, l'altro \u00e8 'personalizzabile' per implementare vari scenari di funzionamento del sensore. Il corpo del sensore \u00e8 composto da tre parti: il corpo principale, un inserto interno con un foro per mantenere la batteria, fissato al corpo principale con quattro viti, e un coperchio inferiore che si incastra negli appositi fori dell'inserto interno. Sono stati inoltre collegati 4 pin analogici, 2 digitali e ulteriori 2 pin che possono fungere da antenna NFC o come pin digitali, porta SWD.<\/p>\n<p>Il LED RGB e i pulsanti sono posizionati sulla scheda PCB in modo tale da essere accessibili tramite i fori nell'inserto interno quando il coperchio inferiore \u00e8 rimosso, i quali sono progettati per far scattare il coperchio posteriore. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Capteur micro DIY sans fil multicapteur\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/30578ca10098fd29275b6ae97b8ee660.jpg\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><br \/>\nIl dispositivo ha subito due revisioni; in precedenza, al posto del sensore TMP117 era installato un sensore di luminosit\u00e0 MAX44009, che \u00e8 stato successivamente sostituito da un sensore di temperatura. Entrambi i sensori hanno lo stesso alloggiamento, ma diversi pin di collegamento. Potrebbe essere stato un errore effettuare questa sostituzione; forse sarebbe meglio tornare indietro. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Capteur micro DIY sans fil multicapteur\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/708cb23835e9adaa66cde7a5a46ab85d.jpg\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Capteur micro DIY sans fil multicapteur\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/45237aed766d6a101d74ead26e1564d8.jpg\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Capteur micro DIY sans fil multicapteur\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/c0741e2fffedab2c6843a9b145bffca2.jpg\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Capteur micro DIY sans fil multicapteur\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/b24e7f881c5966d3a79b0538735e59d6.jpg\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><br \/>\nAttualmente ho a casa 4 di questi dispositivi, due dei quali sono sensori di temperatura e umidit\u00e0 con sensori Si7021 (uno su nRF52832, l'altro su nRF52811), uno \u00e8 un sensore di impatto realizzato con un accelerometro LIS2DW12 (nRF52810) e un sensore di controllo della temperatura basato sul sensore LMT01 (nRF52810). <\/p>\n<p>Il sensore wireless funziona con una batteria CR2032, il consumo in modalit\u00e0 sleep \u00e8 di 1,8 \u00b5A per nRF52810 e nRF52811 e 3,7 \u00b5A per nRF52832.
