Secondo gli sviluppatori, BitTorrent v2 presenta diversi vantaggi, alcuni dei quali saranno evidenti agli utenti.<\/p>\n<p>BiglyBT \u00e8 stato rilasciato nell'estate del 2017. Il software open source \u00e8 stato creato da Parg e TuxPaper, che precedentemente hanno lavorato su Azureus e Vuze.<\/p>\n<p>Ora gli sviluppatori hanno rilasciato una nuova versione di BiglyBT. L'ultima versione include il supporto per BitTorrent v2, rendendolo il primo client torrent a supportare la nuova specifica.<\/p>\n<p>BitTorrent v2 non \u00e8 ancora molto noto al pubblico, ma gli sviluppatori vedono un potenziale in esso. Fondamentalmente, si tratta di una nuova e migliorata specifica di BitTorrent che include diverse modifiche tecniche. In questo modo, i nuovi file vengono mappati in base alle dimensioni.<\/p>\n<p>In BitTorrent v2, ogni file ha il suo hash. Questo consente di selezionare automaticamente i file.
