Per registrarsi al forum, l'utente deve fornire informazioni obbligatorie: cognome, nome, patronimico, numero di telefono, posizione, nome dell'organizzazione, reparto (sottosezione). Gli ultimi tre punti non sono obbligatori se l'utente \u00e8 un rivenditore, poich\u00e9 le informazioni personali su tale utente sono gi\u00e0 conosciute agli organizzatori. L'attivazione dei membri del forum avviene manualmente da un gruppo di amministratori dopo verifica e decisione sulla possibilit\u00e0 di accesso.<\/p>\n<p>Nel forum sono registrati specialisti della Ao \u00abMST\u00bb, esperti e partner. Dalla comunit\u00e0 Linux russa, il forum ospita autori della distribuzione BaseALT. A giudicare dai soprannomi trapelati, ci sono gi\u00e0 alcuni utenti storici del sito Linux.org.ru nel forum.<\/p>\n<p>Quando ci si registra nel forum, \u00e8 importante comprendere che le richieste inadeguate per la registrazione dei partecipanti, insieme all'utilizzo del protocollo HTTP non crittografato \u2014 non sono capricci degli organizzatori o dimostrazioni di incompetenza, ma il rispetto delle normative. L'apertura del forum \u00e8 stata bloccata per anni a causa di limitazioni organizzative, ma adesso \u00e8 stato trovato un consenso, nell'ambito del quale il forum della comunit\u00e0 Elbrus pu\u00f2 esistere.<\/p>\n<p>In occasione dell'apertura del forum, su YouTube \u00e8 stato pubblicato <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=3jpKB7UYf9k\">un video messaggio<\/a> del responsabile delle relazioni pubbliche della compagnia MCST, Maxim Gorshenin, in cui viene brevemente presentato il nuovo forum e i successivi cambiamenti che ci si aspetta sui portali internet
