Per registrarsi al forum, l'utente deve fornire informazioni obbligatorie: cognome, nome, patronimico, numero di telefono, posizione, nome dell'organizzazione, dipartimento (divisione). Gli ultimi tre punti non devono essere indicati se l'utente \u00e8 un rivenditore, poich\u00e9 le informazioni personali di tale utente sono gi\u00e0 note agli organizzatori. L'attivazione del partecipante al forum viene effettuata manualmente da un gruppo di amministratori dopo la verifica e la decisione sulla possibilit\u00e0 di accesso.<\/p>\n<p>Nel forum sono registrati specialisti dell'AO \u00abM\u0426CT\u00bb, esperti e partner. Dalla comunit\u00e0 russa di Linux, nel forum sono presenti gli autori della distribuzione BaseALT. Da alcuni nickname trapelati, ci sono gi\u00e0 diversi utenti storici del sito Linux.org.ru.<\/p>\n<p>Quando ci si registra al forum, \u00e8 importante comprendere che i requisiti inadeguati per la registrazione dei partecipanti, insieme all'uso del protocollo HTTP non crittografato, non sono una capriccio degli organizzatori o una dimostrazione di incompetenza, ma il rispetto delle normative. L'apertura del forum \u00e8 stata ritardata per diversi anni a causa di vincoli organizzativi, ma al momento \u00e8 stato trovato un consenso che consente al forum della comunit\u00e0 Elbrus di esistere.<\/p>\n<p>In relazione all'apertura del forum, \u00e8 stato pubblicato su YouTube <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=3jpKB7UYf9k\">un video messaggio<\/a> del responsabile delle pubbliche relazioni dell'azienda MCST, Maxim Gorshinin, in cui si parla brevemente del nuovo forum e dei successivi cambiamenti attesi nei siti ufficiali dedicati all'architettura
