Il 12 gennaio, la societ\u00e0 Open Source Security, nota per lo sviluppo di grsecurity<\/a>, ha annunciato il finanziamento dello sviluppo del frontend per il compilatore GCC per supportare il linguaggio di programmazione Rust — gccrs.<\/p>\n

Originariamente, gccrs \u00e8 stato sviluppato parallelamente al compilatore originale Rustc, ma a causa della mancanza di specifiche per il linguaggio e dei frequenti cambiamenti di incompatibilit\u00e0 nelle fasi iniziali, lo sviluppo \u00e8 stato temporaneamente interrotto e ripreso solo dopo il rilascio di Rust 1.0.<\/p>\n
