\u00c8 stato rilasciato la versione specializzata del sistema operativo Tails 4.16 (The Amnesic Incognito Live System), basato su un pacchetto Debian e destinato a garantire un accesso anonimo alla rete. L'accesso anonimo in Tails \u00e8 fornito dal sistema Tor. Tutte le connessioni, tranne quelle effettuate attraverso la rete Tor, vengono bloccate di default dal filtro dei pacchetti. Per la memorizzazione dei dati utente in modalit\u00e0 di salvataggio tra le sessioni, viene utilizzata la crittografia. \u00c8 disponibile un'immagine iso per il download, in grado di funzionare in modalit\u00e0 Live, della dimensione di 1,1 GB. <\/p>\n

Nella nuova versione sono utilizzate le nuove versioni del kernel Linux 5.10 (nella versione precedente era incluso il kernel 5.9), Tor Browser 10.0.12, Thunderbird 78.7.0. \u00c8 stato effettuato il passaggio a un nuovo ramo stabile di Tor 0.4.5.
