Ieri alcuni utenti ucraini hanno segnalato l'impossibilit\u00e0 di accedere al servizio di condivisione di codice GitHub Gist. Il problema si \u00e8 rivelato legato al blocco del servizio da parte dei fornitori, che hanno ricevuto un'ingiunzione (copia 1, copia 2) dalla Commissione Nazionale per la Regolamentazione nel Settore delle Comunicazioni e dell'Informazione. L'ingiunzione \u00e8 stata emessa in base alla decisione del tribunale distrettuale di Holosiivskyi di Kyiv (752\/22980\/20) per i segni di commissione di un reato penale previsto dal comma 3 dell'articolo 190 del Codice Penale dell'Ucraina (frode commessa in grande misura, o mediante operazioni illegali utilizzando tecnologie di calcolo elettronico). <\/p>\n
Oltre a gist.github.com, sono stati bloccati altri 425 siti, tra cui LiveJournal, RBC e diversi importanti siti di criptovalute e finanziari, inclusi banki.ru. Attualmente l'ingiunzione \u00e8 stata rimossa dal sito dell'agenzia, e Mykhailo Fedorov, vicepremier dell'Ucraina e capo del ministero competente, ha promesso di non consentire il blocco di GitHub Gist e di chiarire la situazione. Il divieto rimane solo sulla carta, il caso \u00e8 stato inviato per esame e, probabilmente, la decisione sar\u00e0 completamente annullata. <\/p>\n
