Sono disponibili per il download le versioni DVD a 32 e 64 bit (4 GB) e un pacchetto Live (3 GB) basato su GNOME, KDE e Xfce.       <\/p>\n<p>Miglioramenti chiave:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Aggiornate le versioni dei pacchetti, inclusi il kernel Linux 5.10.16, glibc 2.32, LLVM 11.0.1, GCC 10.2, rpm 4.16.1.2, dnf 4.6.0, Mesa 20.3.4, X.Org 1.20.10, Firefox 78, Chromium 88, LibreOffice 7.0.4.2, Python 3.8.7, Perl 5.32.1, Ruby 2.7.2, Rust 1.49.0, PHP 8.0.2, Java 11, Qt 5.15.2, GTK 3.24.24\/4.1.0, QEmu 5.2, Xen 4.14, VirtualBox 6.1.18.\n<li class=\"l\"> Aggiornate le versioni degli ambienti desktop KDE Plasma 5.20.4, GNOME 3.38, Xfce 4.16, LXQt 0.16.0, MATE 1.24.2, Cinnamon 4.8.3 e Enlightenment E24.2. La sessione con GNOME ora viene avviata per impostazione predefinita utilizzando Wayland, mentre nella sessione KDE \u00e8 stata aggiunta la supporto opzionale per Wayland.\n<li class=\"l\"> L'installer ha aggiunto il supporto per l'installazione su partizioni con file system F2FS. \u00c8 stata ampliata la gamma di chip wireless supportati e aggiunta la possibilit\u00e0 di scaricare l'immagine di installazione (Stage2) tramite Wi-Fi con connessione WPA2 (precedentemente era supportato solo WEP). Nel gestore delle partizioni \u00e8 stato migliorato il supporto per i file system NILFS, XFS, exFAT e NTFS.\n<li class=\"l\"> La velocit\u00e0 di caricamento e installazione del sistema in modalit\u00e0 Live \u00e8 notevolmente aumentata, grazie all'uso dell'algoritmo di compressione Zstd in squashfs e all'ottimizzazione del rilevamento dell'hardware. \u00c8 stata aggiunta la supporto per l'installazione degli aggiornamenti nella fase finale dell'installazione del sistema.\n<li class=\"l\"> \u00c8 stata aggiunta la supporto per il ripristino delle partizioni LVM\/LUKS nel modo di avvio per il recupero dopo un guasto.\n<li class=\"l\"> Sono state apportate ottimizzazioni al gestore pacchetti rpm per SSD e utilizzato la compressione dei metadati tramite l'algoritmo Zstd al posto di Xz. In urpmi \u00e8 stata aggiunta un'opzione per la reinstallazione dei pacchetti.\n<li class=\"l\"> \u00c8 stata effettuata una pulizia del sistema rimuovendo i moduli legati a Python2.\n<li class=\"l\"> L'applicazione MageiaWelcome, destinata alla configurazione iniziale e all'orientamento dell'utente nel sistema, \u00e8 stata riprogettata. L'applicazione, sviluppata in Python con QML, ora supporta la modifica delle dimensioni della finestra e dispone di un'interfaccia lineare che propone all'utente una sequenza di passaggi per la configurazione.\n<li class=\"l\"> In Isodumper, the utility for writing ISO images to external drives, support for image verification using sha3 checksums has been added, along with the ability to store the user data section in encrypted form.\n<li class=\"l\"> The base codec package now includes support for the mp3 format, whose patents expired in 2017. Additional codecs are required for H.264, H.265\/HEVC, and AAC.\n<li class=\"l\"> Work continues to ensure support for the ARM platform and to transition this architecture to primary status.
