Questa notte (intorno all'una di notte, ora europea) si \u00e8 verificato un incendio nel data center di Strasbourg della societ\u00e0 OVH, che ha distrutto gran parte delle attrezzature (nel data center SBG2 di OVH a Strasburgo \u00e8 andato completamente distrutto, 4 delle 12 stanze nel data center SBG1 sono state incenerite, mentre i data center SBG3 e SBG4 sono stati disalimentati). I vigili del fuoco e i servizi di soccorso hanno disalimentato tutti gli edifici e solo al mattino sono riusciti a domare l'incendio. Nessuno \u00e8 rimasto ferito. La prefettura e la polizia hanno istituito un perimetro di sicurezza attorno agli edifici, l'accesso del personale \u00e8 stato inoltre vietato. Questo evento ha gi\u00e0 colpito molti clienti di OVH, poich\u00e9 molti backup erano conservati nello stesso data center.
