Experimentele ondersteuning voor Wayland zal beschikbaar zijn in de release van Cinnamon 6.0, die zal worden opgenomen in de release van Linux Mint 21.3 (gebaseerd op Ubuntu 22.04 LTS + recente softwareversies uit Ubuntu 23.10).
