Daarbij, zoals <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pcmag.com\/news\/microsoft-emails-windows-10-users-urging-them-to-upgrade-recycle-old-pcs?utm_source=flipboard&amp;utm_content=PCMag%2Fmagazine%2FSoftware+News+and+Reviews\" target=\"_blank\">gegeven<\/a><\/noindex> door PCMag, worden gebruikers aangemoedigd om over te stappen op Windows 11 en er wordt een link naar meer informatie verstrekt.<\/p>\n<p>  <img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Microsoft heeft gebruikers aangespoord om oude pc&#039;s te recyclen en te upgraden naar Windows 11\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/dc50e4f8fa585e42f16078d822e7bdbd.jpg\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/> <\/center>    <\/p>\n<p>De situatie rond de upgrade naar Windows 11 wordt bemoeilijkt door het feit dat een groot aantal apparaten die v\u00f3\u00f3r 2018 zijn uitgebracht officieel niet voldoen aan de vereisten voor Windows 11, omdat ze geen TPM 2.0-beveiligingsmodule hebben. Volgens de Amerikaanse non-profitorganisatie (PIRG) kunnen in 2025 ongeveer 1 miljard computers zonder enige ondersteuning komen te zitten omdat ze op Windows 10 blijven. <\/p>\n<p>Microsoft heeft gebruikers dan ook aangespoord om ofwel een manier te vinden om te upgraden, of om een nieuwe PC te kopen die geschikt is voor Windows 11. In de e-mail wordt ook geadviseerd om verouderde computers in te zamelen voor recycling of om ze te verkopen (waarschijnlijk voor een extreem lage prijs).<\/p>\n<p>Het is interessant dat ondanks de actieve oproepen om te upgraden, Windows 10 nog steeds 58% van de desktop-pc's wereldwijd in gebruik heeft, terwijl het aandeel van Windows 11 slechts 38% bedraagt volgens <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/gs.statcounter.com\/windows-version-market-share\/desktop\/worldwide\" target=\"_blank\">Statcounter<\/a><\/noindex> voor februari 2025. Voor diegenen die niet willen overstappen naar het nieuwe systeem, raadt Microsoft tenminste aan om back-ups van bestanden te maken met behulp van OneDrive. Daarnaast kunnen gebruikers <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/3dnews.ru\/1113349\/posle-okonchaniya-poddergki-windows-10-polzovateli-smogut-poluchat-obnovleniya-bezopasnosti-za-30-v-god\"
