Archify is een afsplitsing van het TurboArch-script, dat de functionaliteit uitbreidt.    <\/p>\n<p>Het script biedt de volgende configuratiemogelijkheden voor het nieuwe systeem: het behouden van gebruikers of het toevoegen van een enkele root-gebruiker met een ingesteld wachtwoord; het installeren van desktopomgevingen of windowmanagers, videostuurprogramma's en een geluidsserver. Na het kiezen van deze parameters vraagt het script de gebruiker om een gewenste hostnaam, tijdzone en sorteervolgorde. <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/prohoster.info\/nl\/server\/\"   title=\"servers\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"1759\">servers<\/a> Arch Linux-pakketten (met behulp van de reflector-tool), het uitvoeren van de overgang in de bash-commandoregel of het herstarten.     <\/p>\n<p>Vervolgens komt het installatieproces met de gekozen parameters, waarvoor geen gebruikersinvoer nodig is. Het script installeert stap voor stap alle benodigde componenten en verwijdert de inhoud van het oude systeem uit de mappen \/bin, \/etc, \/lib, \/lib64, \/sbin, \/srv, \/usr, \/var. Voor automatisering kunnen parameters in het bestand config.default worden gedefinieerd, waardoor Archify direct naar de fase van systeemvervanging gaat.
