Dit project ontwikkelt een systeem voor het bijhouden van fouten dat informatie over problemen en opmerkingen opslaat in de vorm van objecten in een Git-repository. Net als bij wijzigingen in de broncode, stelt de tool git-bug gebruikers in staat om informatie over de geregistreerde fouten naar externe repositories te pushen en gegevens uit externe repositories naar een lokale repository te pullen.
