Het kan zowel \u00e9\u00e9n schijf als meerdere tegelijkertijd wissen.<br \/> nwipe is een fork van het dwipe-commando van het project <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/dban.org\">Darik\u2019s Boot and Nuke<\/a> (DBAN) met tal van verbeteringen en optimalisaties.<\/p>\n<p>De tool is geschreven in de programmeertaal C met gebruik van de ncurses-bibliotheek voor de tekstinterface en wordt verspreid onder de GNU GPL 2.0-licentie.<\/p>\n<p>Wijzigingenlijst:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Er is een definitie toegevoegd van de meest effici\u00ebnte PRNG als standaardgenerator op basis van realtime prestatie-tests van de hardware.<\/li>\n<li>Een AES-256-CTR PRNG is toegevoegd dat gebruikmaakt van AES-NI-instructies op compatibele processors voor een aanzienlijke verhoging van de doorvoer bij het wissen van gegevens.<\/li>\n<li>Er is een nieuwe wismethode toegevoegd volgens de BMB21-2019-norm 'Technische eisen voor gegevensreiniging' van het Chinese Bureau voor Staatsgeheimen.<\/li>\n<li>Als standaard wis methode is directe invoer-uitvoer met grote buffers ge\u00efmplementeerd, waardoor het aantal schrijfcommando's is verminderd en de doorvoer is verhoogd. De uitvoeringstijd voor het wissen is in tests met 5-10% verminderd en de belasting van de CPU is aanzienlijk verlaagd.<\/li>\n<li>Ondersteuning voor host UUID, serienummer en aangepaste tags is toegevoegd in PDF-rapportkoppen.<\/li>\n<li>Er is een weergave van de apparaat topologie (toets 't') op het scherm voor het selecteren van apparaten toegevoegd voor meer veiligheid en gebruiksgemak in systemen met meerdere controllers.<\/li>\n<li>De optie &#8212;exclude voor het toewijzen van apparaten op basis van hun basale blokapparaat-id (major\/minor) is verbeterd, waardoor het veilig is om permanente identificaties te gebruiken in \/dev\/disk\/by-id\/ en \/dev\/disk\/by-path\/. De oude toewijzing op basis van strings is behouden.<\/li>\n<li>Voor meer betrouwbaarheid worden de interne PRNG's nu ge\u00efnitialiseerd met behulp van getrandom(2) in plaats van via een persistent bestanddescriptor naar \/dev\/urandom.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <noindex><\/p>\n<p><strong>Voor SSD-schijven wordt altijd aanbevolen om nwipe \/ <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/PartialVolume\/shredos.x86_64\">ShredOS<\/a> te gebruiken in combinatie met de eigen tools van de fabrikant of leverancier van hardware om een volledige vernietiging van de informatie op de schijf te garanderen.
