Het formaat is ontwikkeld op basis van het principe van 'eens schrijven, meermalen lezen' (WORM).<\/p>\n<p><\/noindex><\/p>\n<p>In tegenstelling tot codecs zoals LZ4, offer ZXC de compressiesnelheid op voor maximale doorvoersnelheid bij het uitpakken.<\/p>\n<p>De uitpak snelheid wordt tot 10-47% hoger gemeld dan die van LZ4 met de standaard compressie instelling, met een gelijke of hogere compressieverhouding.<\/p>\n<p>De belangrijkste wijziging in deze release is de mogelijkheid om te comprimeren met behulp van een voorgetraind woordenboek op basis van representatieve voorbeelden, wat de grootte van archieven met kleine blokken of een groot aantal kleine bestanden aanzienlijk vermindert.<\/p>\n<p>De versie van het containerformaat is bijgewerkt naar v6, en de versie van de bibliotheek SOVERSION is verhoogd van 3 naar 4.<\/p>\n<p>Het project is geschreven in C en wordt verspreid onder de BSD 3-licentie.<\/p>\n<p>Belangrijkste wijzigingen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>compressie met een vooraf getrainde woordenlijst en een algemene Huffman-tabel;<\/li>\n<li>wijzigingen in de consoletool:\n<ul>\n<li>De parameter &#8212;train is toegevoegd voor het trainen van het woordenboek op basis van de invoerbestanden (het pad naar de uitvoerbestanden wordt opgegeven met de parameter -o; standaard is dit dictionary_&lt;dict_id&gt;.zxd). Deze parameter heeft de eerdere parameter &#8212;train-dict PATH vervangen.<\/li>\n<li>-D, &#8212;dict FILE comprimeert of pakt een bestand uit met behulp van het woordenboek FILE; -l, &#8212;list toont de inhoud van het archief of informatie over het woordenboek .zxd;<\/li>\n<li>Een nieuwe alias voor het uitpakken unzxc is toegevoegd; het wordt ge\u00efnstalleerd als een symbolische link naar zxc en werkt standaard in de uitpakmodus (equivalent aan het commando zxc -d).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>compressie met niveau 6 is ongeveer 10% sneller dan versie 0.11.0;<\/li>\n<li>decompressie met
