Greetings, esteemed members of Habr!<\/p>\n

Today we will discuss a pressing issue + a few clarifications regarding this<\/u><\/b><\/a><\/noindex> article.<\/p>\n

To begin with, I have been involved in recruitment for over 11 years. I have gone through all stages of development, from a regular recruiter to a director of personnel. I have seen a lot and have much to share.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/noindex>Recruitment, like any other people-oriented activity, requires a complete understanding of the field, tools, and its significance for the business as a whole. Many at the start of their careers do not realize how simultaneously complex and interesting this profession is. Because of this, in the last six years, we have experienced a decline and a shortage of quality specialists. Let's be honest. Many believe that a personnel manager\/recruiter is just someone who enjoys making things difficult, inflating their lips and pompously mocking candidates. This is such a perception from the job seekers' side. Future recruiters think it is simple: find, call, bring in, and voila \u2014 magic, the job is done. In practice, both sides are mistaken.<\/p>\n

The recruitment process, and later management, is very labor-intensive, with many pitfalls and surprises where one cannot rely on templates.<\/p>\n

That is why today we receive angry feedback from candidates, especially from IT professionals. Given that the profession of recruiter is 80% female, this also adds its own 'charm' and fuels the fire.<\/p>\n

With the rise of IT in the CIS countries, panic began in recruitment. Everyone rushed into this coveted niche, just like in mining in its time. Naturally, I do not want to offend the female part of Habr, but it is more challenging for women to understand all the nuances of the IT field and the recruitment of specialists in it. This is where it all started. 'How difficult it is', 'let\u2019s go to the webinar', 'how to enter IT', and similar phrases.
\nYes, it is not an easy niche. Finding a quality IT specialist is not the same as filling a vacancy for a sales manager or accountant, where everything is clear. One must engage their brains fully and not just match documents with job profiles, but also have at least some understanding of the development and programming field.<\/p>\n

En het begint... De \"diva's\" van het recruitment, die hun weg hebben gevonden en ervaring hebben opgedaan, maken hun lippen nat en zetten de modus van de meesteres aan. De rest worstelt als vissen op het ijs, gaat massaal naar cursussen die \"heel nuttig\" zijn voor de verdere carri\u00e8re. En dit is niet alleen in IT, jongens, dat gebeurt overal. We leven nu in een tijdperk van trainingen, cursussen, lezingen, webinars en meer. Je kunt geen kennis dragen op je rug, maar uit al die rommel van deze pseudo-onderwijzingen is er slechts 20-30% bruikbaar materiaal. Jammer dat niet iedereen dat kan onderscheiden.<\/p>\n

Dus hier zijn we met een recruiter die wat kennis heeft opgedaan, het begrijpt of niet, en dan de strijd aangaat. En het begon:<\/p>\n
