Scripts kunnen in het configuratiebestand worden gebruikt om uitgebreide logica voor verzoekverwerking te defini\u00ebren, de configuratie te vormen, dynamische reacties te genereren, verzoeken\/reacties te wijzigen of snel stubbe te cre\u00ebren voor het oplossen van problemen in webapplicaties. <\/p>\n<p>In de nieuwe release van njs is ondersteuning toegevoegd voor sjablonen van strings, gedefinieerd in de specificatie <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.opennet.ru\/opennews\/art.shtml?num=42450\">ECMAScript 6<\/a><\/noindex>. String templates zijn string literal die het insluiten van uitdrukkingen toestaan. Uitdrukkingen worden gedefinieerd in een blok binnen de string ${&#8230;}, die zowel afzonderlijke variabelen (${name}) als uitdrukkingen (${5 + a + b}) kan omvatten. Daarnaast is de ondersteuning voor benoemde groepen in het RegExp-object toegevoegd, waarmee gematchte delen van de string kunnen worden gekoppeld aan specifieke namen in plaats van matchordernummers.
