Momenteel gaat het om versies voor Ubuntu en CentOS, maar in de toekomst wordt verwacht dat de lijst met distributies zal worden uitgebreid.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"De offici\u00eble Unity Editor is nu ook beschikbaar op Linux\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/54aadc512fd55f35099af4653728c38e.png\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Er wordt gezegd dat ze jarenlang een onoffici\u00eble experimentele editor hebben aangeboden, maar nu gaat het om een officieel product. Op dit moment is er een b\u00e8taversie beschikbaar en de makers verzamelen feedback en kritiek op <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/forum.unity.com\/forums\/linux-editor.93\/\" target=\"_blank\">forum<\/a><\/noindex>. Verwacht wordt dat Unity 2019.3 volledige ondersteuning voor de editor op Linux zal krijgen.<\/p>\n<p>Er wordt opgemerkt dat de vraag naar Unity toeneemt in verschillende sectoren, van gaming tot de filmindustrie, van de autobouw tot transportbeheer. Daarom breidt ook het scala aan ondersteunde besturingssystemen zich uit.<\/p>\n<p>De editor is beschikbaar voor alle gebruikers met een Personal (gratis), Plus en Pro licentie, beginnend met Unity 2019.1. De ontwikkelaars hebben beloofd het nieuwe product zo betrouwbaar en stabiel mogelijk te maken. De systeemeisen zijn als volgt:<\/p>\n<p><center><\/center><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OS Ubuntu 16.04, 18.04;<\/li>\n<li>OS CentOS 7;<\/li>\n<li>Processorarchitectuur x86-64;<\/li>\n<li>desktopomgeving Gnome, werkend bovenop de grafische server X11;<\/li>\n<li>offici\u00eble merk grafische stuurprogramma's van NVIDIA of AMD Mesa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><noindex><a rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/forum.unity.com\/threads\/unity-hub-v-1-6-0-is-now-available.640792\/\" target=\"_blank\">Downloaden<\/a><\/noindex> de laatste builds zijn beschikbaar in Unity Hub.<\/p>\n<p>Opmerkelijk is dat dit niet de eerste keer is dat belangrijke programma's of ontwikkelsystemen met betrekking tot games naar Linux worden overgezet. Eerder heeft Valve <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/3dnews.ru\/980099\">ge\u00efnitieerd<\/a><\/noindex> project Proton ge\u00efntroduceerd voor het draaien van games uit Steam op het vrije OS.
