This use case is ideal for companies that have a strictly defined security perimeter in the form of an internal network and can ensure their information security by protecting this perimeter. However, a company's internal network is not always something simple and understandable. Often, a large network contains a huge number of different subnets, many of which, when talking about geographically remote branches and offices, are connected via VPN. After installing Zextras Suite Pro, simply activate the zimlet <b>com_zextras_Team<\/b> from the administrator console, after which the corresponding functionality will be available to all Zimbra OSE users in the company. After this, the system administrator can restrict the functionality of Zextras Team for different user groups as well as for individual accounts. This is done using the following commands:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>zxsuite config teamChatEnabled false<\/li>\n<li>zxsuite config historyEnabled false<\/li>\n<li>zxsuite config videoChatEnabled<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nThe first command allows you to disable a number of functions related to text chat for different groups or individual users. The second command allows you to disable chat history saving. This action can be performed for all users, as well as for users of a specific server, and for different groups or individual users. The third command allows you to disable functionalities related to video chats. This function can be disabled globally, on a specific server, and for a group of users or for a specific account.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Nadat alle noodzakelijke beperkingen zijn aangebracht, moet de beheerder zorgen dat videocommunicatie in het bedrijf soepel werkt. Aangezien Zextras Team is gebaseerd op WebRTC-technologie die werkt via peer-to-peer, zijn twee dingen cruciaal: de eenvoud van het opzetten van een verbinding en voldoende bandbreedte. Om dit te realiseren, moet een voor andere domeinen zichtbare TURN-knoop aan het interne netwerk van het bedrijf worden toegevoegd.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Neem bijvoorbeeld aan dat de betreffende knoop in het bedrijfsnetwerk <b>turn.company.ru<\/b>genoemd zal worden. We moeten ervoor zorgen dat wanneer Zextras Team een poging doet tot het opzetten van een videogesprek, het zich richt tot de TURN-server met gebruikersauthenticatiegegevens en, indien alles goed gaat, een verbinding opzet zoals WebSocket, zodat gebruikers normaal met elkaar kunnen communiceren.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Om de TURN-server met Zextras Team te verbinden, voeren we een console-opdracht in van het type <b>zxsuite Team iceServer add turn:turn.company.ru:3478?transport=udp credential password username admin cos default<\/b>.
