De Vrije Software Stichting heeft ook <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fsf.org\/blogs\/licensing\/new-ryf-web-site-its-now-easier-to-support-companies-selling-devices-that-respect-your-freedom\">in dienst gesteld<\/a><\/noindex>  een aparte website voor het initiatief <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/ryf.fsf.org\/\">Respect Your Freedom<\/a><\/noindex> (<noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/ryf.fsf.org\/\">ryf.fsf.org<\/a><\/noindex>), waar je informatie kunt vinden over gecertificeerde hardware en de benodigde code kunt downloaden.<\/p>\n<p>Het certificaat is afgegeven aan moederborden <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/raptorcs.com\/content\/TL2MB1\/intro.html\">Talos II<\/a><\/noindex> en <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/raptorcs.com\/content\/TL1MB1\/intro.html\">Talos II Lite<\/a><\/noindex>, geproduceerd door Raptor Computing Systems. Dit zijn de eerste moederborden die het FSF-keurmerk hebben ontvangen, gericht op het gebruik van POWER9-processoren. Het Talos II bord ondersteunt de installatie van twee POWER9-processoren en is uitgerust met<br \/>\n16 DDR4-sleuven (tot 2TB RAM), 3 PCIe 4.0 x16-sleuven, twee PCIe 4.0 x8-sleuven, twee Broadcom Gigabit Ethernet, 4 USB 3.0-poorten, \u00e9\u00e9n USB 2.0 en twee RS-232. Optioneel kan een Microsemi SAS 3.0-controller worden geleverd. De Talos II Lite is een vereenvoudigde single-processor variant die minder DDR4- en PCIe 4.0-sleuven biedt.<\/p>\n<p>Alle bronbestanden van de firmware, bootloader en besturingssysteemcomponenten <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/git.raptorcs.com\/git\/\">beschikbaar<\/a><\/noindex> onder een vrije licentie. De op het bord ge\u00efnstalleerde BMC-controller is gebouwd met behulp van de open stack <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.opennet.ru\/opennews\/art.shtml?num=48293\">OpenBMC<\/a><\/noindex>. De borden zijn ook opmerkelijk omdat ze herhaalbare builds ondersteunen, die garanderen dat de firmware op het bord is opgebouwd uit de geleverde bronbestanden (FSF heeft de overeenkomstigheid van de die met het apparaat meegeleverd wordt, moet vrij zijn;\n<\/li>\n<li> geen DRM-beperkingen;\n<\/li>\n<li> de mogelijkheid van volledige controle over het functioneren van het apparaat;\n<\/li>\n<li> ondersteuning voor het vervangen van firmware;\n<\/li>\n<li> ondersteuning voor volledig vrije GNU\/Linux-distributies;\n<\/li>\n<li> het gebruik van onbegrensde gepatenteerde formaten en softwarecomponenten;\n<\/li>\n<li> beschikbaarheid van vrije documentatie.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Onder eerder gecertificeerde apparaten zijn onder andere:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Laptops
