De release is gebaseerd op de pakketbasis van Debian 10 (Buster), maar wordt geleverd zonder systeembeheerder systemd en met <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.opennet.ru\/opennews\/art.shtml?num=35619\">eudev<\/a><\/noindex> in plaats van udev. De standaard gebruikersomgeving is gevormd met de window manager IceWM, maar er zijn ook opties zoals fluxbox, jwm en herbstluftwm. Voor bestandsbeheer zijn er Midnight Commander, spacefm en rox-filer. <\/p>\n<p>De distributie werkt op systemen met 256 MB RAM. De grootte <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/sourceforge.net\/projects\/antix-linux\/files\/Final\/antiX-19\/\">iso-images<\/a><\/noindex>: 1,1 GB (volledig), 710 MB (basis), 359 MB (gestroomlijnd) en 89 MB (netwerkinstallatie). In de nieuwe release zijn enkele pakketten bijgewerkt, waaronder de Linux-kernel 4.9.200 en firefox-esr 68.3.0. Er is een schijfbeheerder opgenomen <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/mxlinux.org\/wiki\/help-files\/help-disk-manager\/\">disk-manager<\/a><\/noindex> en netwerkinstellingen configurator
