Microsoft is al geruime tijd bezig met het concept van \u00e9\u00e9n besturingssysteem voor alle apparaten, maar geen van hun pogingen om dit te realiseren is tot nu toe succesvol geweest. Momenteel is het bedrijf echter dichterbij dan ooit om dit idee te verwezenlijken met de op handen zijnde release van Windows 10X. De ontwikkeling van dit revolutionaire besturingssysteem verloopt echter niet zo soepel als gewenst.<\/p>\n

Volgens bronnen die op de hoogte zijn van de details van de ontwikkeling van Windows 10X, is Microsoft niet tevreden over de werking van een aantal Win32-applicaties bij virtualisatie in het nieuwe besturingssysteem. Deze programma's functioneren op de achtergrond niet goed en weigeren enkele essenti\u00eble functies uit te voeren, zoals het delen van schermen en het verzenden van meldingen. Veel verouderde applicaties ondervinden compatibiliteitsproblemen.<\/p>\n

Zoals bekend, zal Windows 10X in staat zijn om te werken met klassieke applicaties, Universal Windows Apps en Progressive Web Apps en voor elk van deze types zal een aparte container worden gebruikt. Dit zal de batterijduur van apparaten en de veiligheid van het besturingssysteem verbeteren. Interessant is dat er momenteel geen problemen zijn met de werking van Universal Windows Apps en Progressive Web Apps, wat kan betekenen dat de problemen met Win32-applicaties verband houden met tekortkomingen in de container voor hun uitvoering.<\/p>\n
