QUIC jest nadbudow\u0105 nad protoko\u0142em UDP, wspieraj\u0105c\u0105 multiplexing wielu po\u0142\u0105cze\u0144 i zapewniaj\u0105c\u0105 metody szyfrowania r\u00f3wnowa\u017cne TLS\/SSL.
