Componentes para gerenciamento de dispositivos (udev), configura\u00e7\u00e3o de rede (networkd), resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de DNS (resolved) e registro (journald) foram exclu\u00eddos. <\/p>\n

No InitWare, busca-se manter um alto n\u00edvel de compatibilidade com as entidades-chave do systemd, como arquivos unit, comandos systemctl e loginctl (no InitWare \u2014 iwctl e iwloginctl), processo systemd1, API sd_notify e a interface D-Bus de gerenciamento de login. Para interfaces espec\u00edficas do Linux que n\u00e3o podem ser reproduzidas em outros sistemas operacionais, implementa-se, sempre que poss\u00edvel, suporte a equivalentes, por exemplo, em vez de namespaces e cgroups no FreeBSD, utiliza-se o mecanismo jail para isolamento, e para monitoramento de estado de processos, KQueue (cada processo tem um filtro de eventos PROC anexado). Devido a diferen\u00e7as nos sistemas, n\u00e3o \u00e9 poss\u00edvel alcan\u00e7ar compatibilidade total, mas um dos objetivos \u00e9 possibilitar a execu\u00e7\u00e3o da maioria dos arquivos unit do systemd sem altera\u00e7\u00f5es ou com altera\u00e7\u00f5es m\u00ednimas.
