A distribui\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00e9m um conjunto integrado em uma \u00fanica imagem de instala\u00e7\u00e3o para r\u00e1pida implanta\u00e7\u00e3o em escolas, tanto como servidores quanto como esta\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho, com suporte a m\u00e1quinas fixas em laborat\u00f3rios de inform\u00e1tica e sistemas port\u00e1teis. As compila\u00e7\u00f5es para download t\u00eam tamanhos de 438 MB e 5,8 GB.    <\/p>\n<p>O Debian Edu \u00e9 adaptado desde o in\u00edcio para organizar laborat\u00f3rios de inform\u00e1tica baseados em esta\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho sem disco e clientes leves que s\u00e3o inicializados pela rede. A distribui\u00e7\u00e3o inclui v\u00e1rios ambientes de trabalho, permitindo o uso do Debian Edu em PCs modernos e em equipamentos mais antigos. Os ambientes de trabalho dispon\u00edveis s\u00e3o baseados em Xfce, GNOME, LXDE, MATE, KDE Plasma, Cinnamon e LXQt. A instala\u00e7\u00e3o b\u00e1sica oferece mais de 60 pacotes educacionais.      <\/p>\n<p>Principais novidades:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Foi realizada a migra\u00e7\u00e3o para a base de pacotes Debian 11 \"Bullseye\".\n<li class=\"l\"> Foi utilizado um novo lan\u00e7amento do LTSP para organizar o funcionamento de esta\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho sem disco. O funcionamento dos clientes leves \u00e9 realizado com o uso do <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/prohoster.info\/pt\/server\/dts-los-angeles\/\"   title=\"servidor\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"3738\">servidor<\/a>  X2Go.\n<li class=\"l\"> Para boot pela rede, ao inv\u00e9s do PXELINUX, foi utilizado o pacote iPXE, compat\u00edvel com o LTSP.\n<li class=\"l\"> Para as instala\u00e7\u00f5es do iPXE, o modo gr\u00e1fico foi utilizado no instalador.\n<li class=\"l\"> O pacote Samba est\u00e1 configurado para a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de um sistema isolado <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/prohoster.info\/pt\/server\/\"   title=\"servidores\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"
