O ambiente \u00e9 baseado no gerenciador de janelas FVWM com um tema, aplicativos, patches e extens\u00f5es para recriar a \u00e1rea de trabalho original do CDE. O c\u00f3digo do projeto \u00e9 distribu\u00eddo sob a licen\u00e7a GPLv3. As extens\u00f5es s\u00e3o escritas em Python e Shell. Pacotes de instala\u00e7\u00e3o foram criados para Fedora, openSUSE, Debian e Ubuntu.    <\/p>\n<p>O objetivo do projeto \u00e9 fornecer um ambiente confort\u00e1vel e pr\u00e1tico para entusiastas do estilo retr\u00f4, que suporte tecnologias modernas e n\u00e3o cause desconforto devido \u00e0 falta de funcionalidade. Para dar aos aplicativos do usu\u00e1rio uma est\u00e9tica CDE, foram preparados geradores de temas para Xt, Xaw, Motif, GTK2, GTK3 e Qt5, permitindo estilizar a maioria dos programas que usam X11 com uma interface retr\u00f4. NsCDE permite conectar a est\u00e9tica do CDE com tecnologias modernas, como a rasteriza\u00e7\u00e3o de fontes usando XFT, Unicode, menus din\u00e2micos e funcionais, \u00e1reas de trabalho virtuais, applets, pap\u00e9is de parede, temas de \u00edcones, etc.        <center><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Lan\u00e7amento do ambiente de usu\u00e1rio NsCDE 2.2 \" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/a7f5a4aa384410adbf9b0527727c8bdb.jpg\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><\/center>    <\/p>\n<p>Na nova vers\u00e3o:   <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Foi implementada a op\u00e7\u00e3o de posicionar o painel na parte superior da tela (ativada adicionando no arquivo ~\/.NsCDE\/NsCDE.conf a configura\u00e7\u00e3o \"InfoStoreAdd frontpanel.on.top 1\").\n<li class=\"l\"> Para o calculador kcalc, foi adicionada uma esquematiza\u00e7\u00e3o de cores correspondente \u00e0 apar\u00eancia do dtcalc.\n<li class=\"l\"> A apar\u00eancia dos \u00edcones foi atualizada.\n<li class=\"l\"> Foi adicionada a suportabilidade para estiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do Firefox 100+. Os arquivos CSS foram atualizados para configurar a apar\u00eancia do Firefox.\n<li class=\"l\"> Arquivos CSS para os mecanismos GTK2 e GTK3 foram unificados.\n<li class=\"l\"> Foi implementado e ativado por padr\u00e3o o uso de combina\u00e7\u00f5es de teclas correspondentes \u00e0s especifica\u00e7\u00f5es do CUA (Common User Access). Para restaurar as antigas combina\u00e7\u00f5es de teclas, no arquivo ~\/.NsCDE\/NsCDE.conf, deve-se definir o par\u00e2metro \"InfoStoreAdd kbd_bind_set nscde1x\" ou alterar as configura\u00e7\u00f5es na interface do Gerenciador de Estilo do Teclado.\n<li class=\"l\"> A detec\u00e7\u00e3o do PolkitAgent foi aprimorada.\n<li class=\"l\"> No mecanismo de temas Kvantum, que
