Al\u00e9m disso, o coletor pode executar scripts personalizados quando os limiares s\u00e3o excedidos. O n\u00facleo do projeto \u00e9 escrito em C, e o c\u00f3digo \u00e9 distribu\u00eddo sob a licen\u00e7a ISC.    <\/p>\n<p>Caracter\u00edsticas do coletor:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Os dados agregados pelos campos Netflow necess\u00e1rios s\u00e3o exportados para o PostgreSQL. A agrega\u00e7\u00e3o preliminar ocorre dentro do coletor.\n<li class=\"l\"> De forma padr\u00e3o, \u00e9 suportado apenas um conjunto b\u00e1sico de campos Netflow, mas quase qualquer campo pode ser adicionado.\n<li class=\"l\"> O desempenho do coletor, dependendo da natureza do tr\u00e1fego e dos relat\u00f3rios, pode alcan\u00e7ar v\u00e1rias centenas de milhares de \"flows per second\" em um \u00fanico CPU. O modelo de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de carga \u2014 por dispositivo (roteador) por fluxo.\n<li class=\"l\"> O coletor utiliza m\u00e9dias m\u00f3veis para calcular a supera\u00e7\u00e3o da velocidade do tr\u00e1fego.\n<li class=\"l\"> O coletor pode ser usado para procurar hosts infectados (que enviam spam por e-mail, ataques HTTP(S)-flood, scanners SSH), para identificar picos acentuados durante ataques DoS\/DDoS.\n<li class=\"l\"> Relat\u00f3rios de rede podem ser visualizados com diversas ferramentas: gnuplot, scripts em Python + Matplotlib, usando Grafana.\n<li class=\"l\"> Ao
