Essa abordagem inadequada permitia que esses caracteres fossem lidos na sa\u00edda do comando de substitui\u00e7\u00e3o, em vez de serem convertidos em uma representa\u00e7\u00e3o interna segura.<\/p>\n<p>Embora isso possa causar comportamentos inesperados durante a entrada direta (por exemplo, echo UFDD2HOME produz a mesma sa\u00edda que echo $HOME), isso pode se tornar um problema de seguran\u00e7a menor se a sa\u00edda vier de um programa externo para a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o de comandos, onde tal sa\u00edda pode n\u00e3o ser esperada.<\/p>\n<p>Essa falha de design apareceu nas vers\u00f5es mais antigas do fish, mesmo antes da introdu\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema de controle de vers\u00f5es, e acredita-se que esteja presente em todas as vers\u00f5es do fish lan\u00e7adas nos \u00faltimos 15 anos ou mais, embora com caracteres diferentes.<\/p>\n<p>A execu\u00e7\u00e3o de c\u00f3digo n\u00e3o \u00e9 considerada poss\u00edvel, mas um ataque DoS (atrav\u00e9s da
