As imagens de instala\u00e7\u00e3o foram preparadas para as arquiteturas x86_64, ARM64, ppc64le e s390x, dispon\u00edveis nas formas de uma imagem de inicializa\u00e7\u00e3o (1 GB), m\u00ednima (2,1 GB) e completa (13 GB). Futuramente, est\u00e1 previsto que sejam formadas vers\u00f5es Live com GNOME, KDE, Xfce e MATE, al\u00e9m de imagens para placas Raspberry Pi, WSL, cont\u00eaineres e plataformas em nuvem.        <\/p>\n<p>A distribui\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9, sempre que poss\u00edvel, binariamente compat\u00edvel com o Red Hat Enterprise Linux e pode ser usada como uma alternativa ao RHEL 8.10. Ao contr\u00e1rio de vers\u00f5es anteriores, as mudan\u00e7as n\u00e3o se limitam ao rebranding e \u00e0 remo\u00e7\u00e3o de pacotes espec\u00edficos do RHEL \u2014 na nova vers\u00e3o, foi ampliado o suporte a hardware nos drivers, que j\u00e1 n\u00e3o s\u00e3o atualizados no RHEL. Em particular, o AlmaLinux 8.10 adicionou novos identificadores PCI de dispositivos nos seguintes drivers:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\">  aacraid \u2014 Dell PERC2, 2\/S, 3\/S, 3\/D, Produtos Avan\u00e7ados Adaptec Raid, HP NetRAID-4M, IBM ServeRAID &amp; ICP SCSI\n<li class=\"l\"> be2iscsi \u2014 Emulex OneConnect Open-iSCSI para adaptadores BladeEngine 2 e 3\n<li class=\"l\"> be2net \u2014 Emulex BladeEngine 2 e 3\n<li class=\"l\"> hpsa \u2014 Controlador HP Smart Array\n<li class=\"l\"> lpfc \u2014 Emulex LightPulse Fibre Channel SCSI\n<li class=\"l\"> megaraid_sas \u2014 Broadcom MegaRAID SAS\n<li class=\"l\"> mlx4_core \u2014 Mellanox Gen2 e ConnectX-2\n<li class=\"l\"> mpt3sas \u2014 LSI MPT Fusion SAS 3.0\n<li class=\"l\"> mptsas \u2014 Host Fusion MPT SAS\n<li class=\"l\"> qla2xxx \u2014 QLogic Fibre Channel HBA\n<li class=\"l\"> qla4xxx \u2014 QLogic iSCSI HBA  <\/ul>\n<p>Adicionalmente, est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel o reposit\u00f3rio Synergy, que cont\u00e9m pacotes diferentes do Red Hat Enterprise Linux. Atualmente, o reposit\u00f3rio Synergy publicou bibliotecas Python adicionais, pacotes grpc, rdfind, xapps e o utilit\u00e1rio Warpinator, destinado ao compartilhamento de arquivos criptografados entre dois computadores.       <\/p>\n<p>Por fim, destacamos o lan\u00e7amento do EuroLinux 8.10, preparado atrav\u00e9s da recompila\u00e7\u00e3o dos c\u00f3digos fonte dos pacotes do Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.10 e totalmente compat\u00edvel com ele. As mudan\u00e7as se resumem ao rebranding e remo\u00e7\u00e3o de pacotes espec\u00edficos do RHEL, sendo que, no restante, o sistema \u00e9 completamente an\u00e1logo ao RHEL 8.10.
