Os atacantes enviaram a Troy um dump SQL que inclui contas de 31 milh\u00f5es de usu\u00e1rios do archive.org. Al\u00e9m disso, foi registrada a inje\u00e7\u00e3o de c\u00f3digo JavaScript no site archive.org, que exibia uma janela pop-up com informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a invas\u00e3o.

O dump SQL do banco de dados do servi\u00e7o, que caiu nas m\u00e3os dos investigadores, ocupa mais de 6 GB e inclui, entre outras coisas, hashes de senhas de usu\u00e1rios no formato bcrypt, data de altera\u00e7\u00e3o da senha, e-mail e nome de usu\u00e1rio. A entrada mais recente no banco de dados \u00e9 datada de 28 de setembro. <\/p>\n

A validade do banco de dados foi confirmada pelo conhecido pesquisador de seguran\u00e7a Scott Helme, cujo hash de senha e data de altera\u00e7\u00e3o do dump SQL vazado coincidiram com os dados de seu gerenciador de senhas. A comprometimento de suas contas pode ser verificada atrav\u00e9s do servi\u00e7o haveibeenpwned.com, que j\u00e1 incluiu informa\u00e7\u00f5es do banco de dados vazado do archive.org. De uma forma geral, a verifica\u00e7\u00e3o no haveibeenpwned.com abrange 14 bilh\u00f5es de senhas e inclui informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre comprometimentos de 817 sites.
