Os princ\u00edpios foram elaborados pela comunidade Open Source United, organizada pelo Conselho Executivo da ONU como parte do programa \"Rede de Tecnologias Digitais\", e estabelecem a base para o uso, desenvolvimento e dissemina\u00e7\u00e3o de c\u00f3digo aberto em toda a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.    <\/p>\n<p>Princ\u00edpios propostos:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Aberto por padr\u00e3o: Software aberto como abordagem padr\u00e3o para projetos.\n<li class=\"l\"> Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o para o bem comum: A participa\u00e7\u00e3o ativa na ecologia do software aberto \u00e9 incentivada.\n<li class=\"l\"> Foco inicial na seguran\u00e7a (seguro por design): Prioridade para a seguran\u00e7a em todos os projetos de desenvolvimento de software.\n<li class=\"l\"> Inclusividade e diversidade: Construir uma comunidade acess\u00edvel para a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de todos, independentemente de ra\u00e7a, g\u00eanero, cultura, nacionalidade, habilidades e cren\u00e7as.\n<li class=\"l\"> Planejamento para reutiliza\u00e7\u00e3o: Projetos devem ser desenvolvidos com foco na compatibilidade com diversas plataformas e ecossistemas.\n<li class=\"l\"> Fornecimento de documenta\u00e7\u00e3o: Publica\u00e7\u00e3o de documenta\u00e7\u00e3o completa para usu\u00e1rios finais, integradores e desenvolvedores.\n<li class=\"l\"> RISE (reconhecer, incentivar, apoiar e
